This summer the time-machine will be making its way to you, Redmond - and you’re invited for an exceptional journey down memory lane! That’s right, The Human League is coming to Marymoor Live on 8 June 2026 with their ‘The Generations Tour’ alongside very special guests Soft Cell and Alison Moyet!

In a time where everything feels upside down, the one thing the world can hold onto is the memories of one of the greatest eras in music. The 1980s were jam-packed with electrifying smash-hits and the incredible innovation that went with a decade that explored the possibilities of technology in music - and the result was fantastic: bands that won the world over with creative electronic music. And right at the top of the list: The Human League.
If you’ve ever indulged in the avant garde techno vibes of the most wacky decade in music, you’ll know and adore the hits: from Don’t You Want Me and Human to Fascination and The Lebanon, from Mirror Man and The Sound of the Crowd to Electric Dreams and Things That Dreams Are Made Of. And now, just over four decades later, the legendary hitmakers are set to travel North America from coast to coast with a massive new tour! The Human League is slated to kick off their The Generations Tour in early June 2026 in San Diego, California, bringing their 1980s nostalgia-filled shows to cities such as Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, Northfield, Detroit, and Mesa before wrapping up in early July 2026 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The Human League are techno wizards with a massive back catalogue jam-packed with synth-pop singalongs; they are utterly unique, with the iconic voice of galactic warlord Philip Oakey leading the way alongside his second-in-charge Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley; they are pure musical joy that are also credited with being one of the leading groups of the 1980s Second British Invasion. They are phenomenal, highly influential, and nothing but remarkable.
The Human League will be joined on tour by one of England’s most successful synth-pop groups Soft Cell, best known for smash-hits such as Tainted Love and Say Hello, Wave Goodbye. If you’re down for an evening that dives head-first into hit-laden back catalogues, you’d do anything to get your hands on some tickets!
Alison Moyet has been hailed as one of the most remarkable pop vocalists of the last few decades - and without a doubt, she is one of the definitive voices of the 1980s. With smash-hits such as Don’t Go and Situation, you can expect your evening to be one massive treat!
A venue better suited for an evening packed to the brim with great music and 1980s nostalgia than the iconic Marymoor Live still needs to be built!
