In 1989, Alison Krauss released her first album with Union Station titled Two Highways. Thirty seven years later, Krauss and the band continue their long standing friendship and musical partnership with the release of their latest collaboration, Arcadia. To promote their new effort, they are slated to drop by 65 major cities for a series of headlining shows and a few festival appearances. Fans are definitely looking at a terrific new year as Krauss and Union Station tour together for the first time in over a decade. Catch fresh new hits like “The Hangman,” “Granite Mills,” “North Side Gal,” and tons more. Of course, the show won’t be complete without the band performing a slew of crowd pleasing titles. The band has released a total of seven albums since 1989. They released their debut album Two Highways, which featured a combination of covers and original songs. The album also featured a cover of The Allman Brothers Band’s “Midnight Rider.” in 1992, the band dropped their sophomore effort, Everytime You Say Goodbye, which won the Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album the following year. Their astounding success continued with the release of So Long So Wrong in 1997, which won three Grammys. The band would release an album every few years while Krauss continued to release solo efforts and collaborate with other artists. Arcadia is their seventh album together.
